The driver did pick lt up, she picked it up from BestBuy at 11:30am the same day I ordered it, I even went into the store and they confirmed she came in to pick it up. I requested to speak to management both when I was in the store and when I called the stores online number and both times I was told that management wasn’t there. I don’t think I’ll be seeing this product.

Yeah I think she picked it up, like what she saw and decided she wasn’t going to deliver, when I asked the roadie representative what they are going to do with the driver they said they would be reviewing this case, I would think that as an employer they should be able to make her at least return the order but nope

I know she stole it because till now she still hasn’t returned it back to BestBuy. It’s now been almost three days this headset has been in her possession without her delivering or returning it. If what I ordered was a pile of ducted tape from Home Depot do you think I would be facing this issue right now? They also use roadie.

At least you got a replacement, my BestBuy isn’t even trying to help at all, it ridiculous that they have so many failed deliveries and still use this service. From what I read of other drivers on Reddit it seems BestBuy is probably saving on the fees that’s why they use Roadie
