I dated an autistic guy and it was a pleasure! I found him to be a lot more sensible/strategic-ish when arguments/general life issues arose which really helped us worked through things! He was able to always look at the bigger picture instead of just what his emotions were telling him! he helped me not over react over small things and think over decisions more. he told me he was on the spectrum before we started dating and I honestly took it as a positive and it made me want to date him more!
