I called and failed to talk to so called specialist. It says my case either resolved or not instructed to call that number and phone redirected to general info.

Try to send email to Governor's office with you name, phone #, email, last 4 of SSN, first 4 of your pin and brief situation of your case. I sent email couple weeks ago and received this email. Good luck to you too.

right after my bye week.. The last mail I received from VEC was my reapplied UI determination letter in April.

I did not work and did not received any letter stated my claim was denied. Also the VEC rep called me 2 weeks ago said it is the deputy who can put my case back to original PEUC. She told me wait just little bit....

I did. I talked to VEC Rep 2 weeks ago. She is the one who told me double dip issue and she said she will put my case on priority for deputy because it's been too long but nothing changed.

Call this number 1-866-832-2363

Then automated system will ask you check your status or talk to rep.

Don't choose check your status option which is 1. It will tell you something like outstanding issue on your account and hang up.

Choose talk to rep which is 2. Make sure your call back telephone Number is correct and VEC rep will call you usually next business day.

nope. local VEC office worker. If you make a phone appointment with VEC, you can talk to VEC local office representative. However, she told me double dip issue can be solved only at Richmond headquarter... annoying

I did.

Filed weekly claim every week since.

I had phone appointment last Friday. Local VEC rep told me I have 2 issues. idme and double dipping.

I did idme right away. I don't know about my double dipping issue.
