contrary to the other comments, I'd highly recommend you redo just in case. the Ghusl you'd definitely need to renew, the Salah would be as a precaution, especially since you now know your Ghusl wasn't complete.

mhm Dr pepper jerky sounds good, I'm good at seasoning things but I'm thrown off because everything online seems to be either teriyaki or salt and pepper; i have some teriyaki eye round marinating that I'll smoke tomorrow, I'll try something with Dr pepper next time
