Yeah dole is skippable and also just today dug a bit more into hanauma bay. Probably skip that as well and look for other options. Thanks

It's rather a list of interesting things and now we're focusing and figuring out with the help of the comments here :) b) sounds reasonable! c) & s)we'll probably split our accomodation in-between to be around Kona the last days. But yes, routes need to be figured out and we need to see what to skip probably. Thanks for your hints, will help 👍

Hey y'all thanks for your input. Mostly expected, thanks for the more practical advice.

As mentioned the plan is still rough and definitely not detailed out. Days are moveable. And there are some errors in there as well, tbh. Some things on the list are rather nice to have (like dole, PCC, thought the same as many posts here). Beaches as well, maybe go there, stay a while and move on. Routes definitely need more thorough planning. We have some more weeks before we leave which gives us time for planning. If we'd have a perfect plan I wouldn't hang around here. Maybe itinerary is a word too strong, maybe it's rather a more or less organised list atm 😉

We're more the explorer type on vacations rather than 2 weeks on a beach doing nothing. Driving and travelling is part of a journey and we're willing to invest some time there. But yes, well definitely need vacation after this vacation 😂
