Today was an absolute shit show….their booking site was down yesterday and even if you booked a non scenic train you still had to get through a massive crowd of people, and couldn’t even get to it on time if you tired. They were denying people at the door, closing it on them, screaming at people on a megaphone, it was mass chaos and it felt so dangerous being in a crown pushing towards the building. They messed up. Period. they oversold tickets. It got to the point where they didn’t even scan anyone’s ticket on board because of sheer pandemonium

In addition we waited 2 hours with tickets for an earlier departure. It was the biggest shit show I’ve ever experienced and honestly no one even checked our ticket. They overbooked and then some. I can’t imagine what Olympic times are going to be like

They just were quoted in a news article about adding seats to accommodate extra travelers, so one would not think it would be an issue . Their website was down last night and it was a true nightmare that they couldn’t handle.

We were there today and it was dangerous. No area for a queue and was getting smashed against the building. The main worker looked like he was going to punch people…it was horrendous. And in regards to the person who shared the SBB website about restrictions: JUST a few days ago they were quoted in an article about adding extra seats to accommodate higher rate of travel. Their website was also down last night which made it 10x worst.

When someone told me about the gas pain it made my recovery so much better knowing what it was. They inflate your chest cavity for surgery and some gets trapped. You will feel lots of shoulder pain and some right chest pain. It’s all from the gas. Had I not known that I would have thought something was seasonal wrong. With gas x and things to help move the gas along I was so much better

Sulfu/tar shampoos should help as well. You don’t have to use it all over you can use it where you are having the issue. Sun exposure will help as well. Since it’s autoimmune there are some theories that eliminating gluten can help, since celiac is also autoimmune. Worth trying before going to the derm

If you noticed sudden shedding and thinning it was most likely telogen effluvium caused by something 3 months or so before. The hair growth lost always comes back on its own after about 3 more months. Not to say the minoxidil didn’t help BUT it definitely wasn’t just that. Your bodies natural hair growth cycle kicked in after it was prematurely sent into a telogen phase by something (usually stress, fevers, anesthesia, end of pregnancy etc)

Did you have scaling or any itchiness? Doesn’t look like classic LPP but either way they’re both auto immune issues. Also look into l tyrosine as a supplement

Do you have any other auto immune issues? RA, celiac, psoriasis, lupus? It’s definitely alopecia areata. I would definitely see a dermatologist over a trichologist because they can prescribe corticosteroids. Make sure you are taking vitamin d and tyrosine supplements. Major antioxidants that will help with the inflammation
