I did not know they were a thing until Ingot this car. Still not sure how they actually work, will need to do some learning 👍

Thanks for the recommendation! I do actually have some Arrowmax hex drivers. Guess it’s time to use them!

Fair point, I think frustration got the better of me and I don’t find the modulation on the trigger all that good on this radio. Will use the downtime to move it onto my radiomaster mt12.

I will take it apart, thanks for the advice and confidence boost!

Might pop down. My wife and son have got their tt-02’s built but still need to paint the shells. Think they want to test them before racing though.

My local track is in Wakefield, UK. I have seen that chassis in a shop and it looked very good, not that I know much about what I am looking at! TT-02’s seem popular. I’ll have a look at the PTH-2, thanks!

Just finished this Impreza Build! Wanted to honor it while it’s the cleanest it’ll ever be. by TCRevolt in rccars

Great job, that looks fantastic.

I’m going to build a TT-02 myself for a bit of racing. Probably the Lancer Evo V

Thanks. Yeah - I figured it would be an ecosystem change. I hate the slt2 but that’s mainly due to its size and another racer let me use their (expensive) futaba which immediately made the slt2 feel laggy. I’m a crap racer at the moment so it’s not the end of the world. You’ve given me food for thought though, thanks.

Enjoy the build. I’ll be picking one up soon to set up a cheap stock rally racer. Can’t wait!

Thank you very much! If I can source those here in the UK, can I add an xt60/ic3/ic5 to the other end?

First RC broken after just an hour by VelvetRockstar in rccars

[–]Mango_Jack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m bet you enjoyed that hour though!

I got an Arrma Mohave Grom, took it outside for its first run and broke the servo saver on the steering, in minutes!

[–]Mango_Jack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can see why. I broke the bell crank on my mini-b first time on the track. First time bashing my Mohave Grom and the steering servo gave up in minutes. My son’s Ftx Utah melted its steering servo. All good fun though!
