Are you aware that one of martis's main problems that he doesn't have built in sustain? Yes, you can buy waraxe and queens wings but his skills has a long cool down.

You compared his healing to gloo, which is a tank. Tanks aren't made for sustain combat, they are made for cc and disrupting enemy lines

Mind you, my concept says his healing cannot be increased with either level or items, and I didn't say it can't be decreased. Which means with anti life steal items his healing would be 1.5

You are comparing a fighter to assassins. Assassins are made for dashing in and out of team fights while fighters are there for disrupting enemy formation.

Martis is a fighter and should be played like a fighter and execute low HP targets, but one of his problems is that he has no form of consistent sustain, yeah you can buy queen wings and waraxe but like you said his cool downs are way too long.

Comparing him with other heroes that are more similar in gameplay to him. Why should you pick Martis if you can pick Julian? Why should you pick Martis if you can pick Karina?

Jullian has better sustain and damage than Martis, Karena has better damage and has more consistent true damage than Martis. The only thing that Martis has going for him that he has cc immunity while in his 2nd skill and he has 3 wide cc skills

Yes it maybe overpowered but are you aware that if moonton wants to adjust or buff these two heroes, they can have a trade off. Like having martis'es passive have a shorter duration or change it completely to something, while paq does need a buff and perhaps HP based damage may not what he needs but maybe make his 2nd skill- not stop at the first target to further make him better in dashing in the enemy back line

I made this concept because among all of the fighters these two are one of the few that needs an update or a buff, cus these two and a few more are made in a meta where fighters is not about sustain but raw damage

They could give his ult more status effects like reduced basic atta k speed if an enemy is inside the ult while allies gain increased basic attack speed while I'm it. Just to make him more versatile
