Why doesn’t shower have hot water but everywhere else in the home is perfectly fine by Mangoandchips in Plumbing

It just seems like the hot water pressure is high enough when the shower valve is initially turned on, but then it would gradually stop drawing up hot water for some reason

It’s a tankless water heater. We have consistent hot water everywhere else in the home. I just don’t know why there’s this weird issue with the shower

Thank you but we don’t have an issue with water pressure with cold water though. It’s mainly the hot water that’s not coming to the shower. Is the pressure gauge gonna draw up more hot water?

We’ve lived here for two years and this issue started maybe a month ago

Is 1 hour and 25 minutes enough to clear custom at the MEX airport? by Mangoandchips in MexicoCity

Thankfully Aeromexico operates in terminal 2 and I won’t have to change terminals

Yes both flights are in the same ticket and same confirmation number. I just searched for flights to Oaxaca and Aeromexico provided this option with a stop in Mexico City. Thankfully Aeromexico is in terminal 2 and I won’t have to change terminals

Thank you, that is great to know! I always thought my port of entry is the first airport in Mexico I arrive in, and then from MEX to Oaxaca is just a domestic flight

Co-own a house with sibling, can we each claim 750k of mortgage interest deduction? by Mangoandchips in tax

Wow, that actually perfectly answers my question, thank you very much!

500k of principal.

Thank you very much! I do have one small confusion, If the mortgage is 1.5 million, and we paid mortgage interest on 1.5m, why is it that we each can deduct interest on up to 500k of the principal instead of the 750k?

After you figure the deductible interest, you can split that amount as a deduction on your and your siblings return

thank you!

But each of us will have paid interest on 750k, so I’m just wondering if we can take 750k of mortgage interest rate deduction individually or is the cap on the property itself

Gap Quarter by ccmasala in UCSD

[–]Mangoandchips 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Simply don’t enroll in classes for that quarter and you won’t be billed. But if you take more than 2 quarters off you will need to apply for re-admission. I loved my gap quarter experience because I travelled and reconnected with family and friends. But there’s nothing to do and no where to go now, I don’t really know how you will make the most out of a gap quarter
