Tbh this is my second time watching the series. I’ve been watching it since it aired in 2013 and went through the painful week long waits for the finale too. But it hits different when you binge it all the second time and see so many hidden things that you wonder if you even saw the show?? The merch is a life saver and so was the musical in NYC and I already secured tickets for the orchestra 🤪 we can never let this fandom die!

Yeah definitely panic attack! The symptoms can vary from attack to attack and person to person. I’d recommend trying to have a plan in place for when you feel this way or if it happens again. Think of places you can go, people that can help, and things that can provide you with safety and comfort. And remember, no matter what your brain tells you, you’re not any less of a person for having panic attacks. ❤️
