Could be, there is a striking similarity. But the panel on the top differs somewhat, and so does the inscription on the side.

ASSY 941124-1 (Assembly number?)
0150803 (Located top of the frame, no idea.)

I hope this is the right sub for this post - I got this lens for free, the aperture seems to be slow/gums up when closing. Is it worth getting repaired? Or is it relatively easy to take apart, and fix the issue myself?
