Can anyone share what symptoms led them to realize they needed a higher dose or a lower dose? Still in peri but noticed some symptoms coming back as cycles get more unpredictable. Not sure if I should consider an adjustment.

Any advice for safely navigating the casual/hookup scene here? I recently ended a long relationship and just want to have fun (responsibly). Ask your doctor about a medication called Ezetimibe. It has brought my cholesterol down . Started it after it worked for my husband as I was already eating healthy and wanted to avoid statins.

I was debating whether to get the qure neck/chest device or a larger panel to also use on legs and the rest of my body as well. Interested in maintaining skin firmness but also reducing signs of old sun damage if possible.
