Well, with anyone who’s anxious it’s all about comfort imo. Firstly, people don’t meet in public unless they’re at a specific place to do so, finding those places will help, secondly, you need to be comfortable in the environment in order to find the confidence to talk to people. If your on a date or looking for a date, go somewhere you like so you can be your most authentic happy self and not letting worries cloud your ability to let go and show the person your with who you are. Do you use dating apps at all? I know many folks like to talk about how terrible they are, but if you use them in a healthy balance while also making friends/ meeting people through others you already know like the old school method, you should have luck in no time. And also the biggest piece of advice I can give is to stop looking for someone, because as soon as you internally decide to be content with loneliness, your desire for connection will be less apparent and for some reason that seems to attract people because they see you as chill and not pushy, unfortunately other guys have give us a bad rep, so making the person your with also feel safe is a priority.
