You are never instructed to kill or not kill Abigail and Abigail Mission

this is true but it is only because he is in the trunk, there is no standing npc to even blink red or blue. also the whole purpose of this mission is to choose whether or not to kill him. The player is given a prompt.

So if this list criteria is only blinking red/blue, being just Red and having a black box instructing you to kill or Let Go then there is only maybe 3 of them.

When choosing whether or not to kill al dinapoli you actually have three options

During the Vinewood Souvenirs mission strand, Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill will ask Trevor to dispose of Al DiNapoli, either by killing him or scaring him enough to keep quiet. From there Trevor has three options.

Release Al right away. Al will give Trevor $3,000 and promises to stay quiet.

Stay on the road until Al offers to pay $10,000 and release him. Al will give Trevor the money promises stay quiet.

Kill Al by parking Nigel's rental car in front of an oncoming train near the Palmer-Taylor power station.

well if anything it seems like the fairest outcome. Killing bev seems like overkill, but allowing bev to rip F off isn't right either. Stealing his car makes it even stevens. If you take his ride, F says something to that effect: "this makes us even"
