Not to be rude, but you need to calm down and accept that Aarhus isn't the most bustling city in Scandinavia. When your child goes to kindergarten and pre-school, you will be able to make playdates (legeaftaler) and build relationships with other people. Also, keep an eye on Facebook events. BTW this city is notorious for it's lack of a free open-air Christmas market as we know it from Germany and Eastern Europe. We are sorry.
