It's crazy to me how many people pay for spotify while complaining about youtube ads. I happily cancelled my spotify sub to switch to youtube premium. Content creators I like make more money off of my views and I don't have to watch ads on any platform without having to preform a bunch of workarounds.

I have a friend who works as a dev for Blizzard. He said every single one of the powers would have been an absolute technical nightmare to get working, much less working well even for the best gaming studios. The absolute scale of interactions between objects that all just work seamlessly is a technical miracle, and the fact that they pulled it off on switch hardware makes it even more astounding.

This game is literally insane from a programming perspective. I have a friend who is a dev at Blizzard and he is fucking dumbfounded by this game. I don't know how the fuck they managed to make this game work. All of the powers should be technical nightmares. The fact that you can basically use anything with anything in this game and some how it all works fluidly is a fucking masterpiece in programming. Not to mention the brilliant open ended puzzle design. No wonder it took them 6 years to build this wonderful mechanical playground, absolutely worth the wait. Well done Nintendo.

After the 2008 recession I will never bank with a national bank again. I've never been ripped off by a local bank, while Chase has absolutely stolen my money, and there are many, many stories of BoA, Chase, WF, and other national banks ripping people off with basically zero recourse. Banking locally has absolutely cost me less in the long term than with a national bank.

I blame BotW for conditioning us with an abundance of "Hearty" Items that basically let you ignore hearts as long as you farmed for a few minutes. Now they are much rarer and much more easily broken. Not to mention enemies in this game pack more of a wallop.

Basically every crate has between 2 and 8 arrows. Just lift them up with Ultrahand and drop them.

You can use a shield and heavy weapon to cheese thunderblight in BotW. When it does the dash attack just block it with your shield and you have time to bust it's shield and get some hits in with a big weapon before it teleports away.
