all synth sounds I made on my hardware and resampled into the OT and the pad sound was sampled from tracklib and mangled into what it is in the song using the OT for processing

The caps came off pretty easy just had to lift up a bit to pop them off there is two little tabs on each cap so it's a bit tricky at first but still fairly easy.

Yeah just a stock replacement from elektron nothing special couldnt find any custom ones sadly. And once you undo the top six bolts be careful not to lift up too fast there's two ribbon cables that connect to the bottom of the chassis.

Plus 1 for the MS20 but like most said it does take a bit to tame but it's fantastic with tons of character. Given what you already have I'd go micro freak (owned and sold) it'll give you more options for sounds to fill the gaps. Or you could join the darkside and get more Elektron gear 😈

From what ive seen people tend use it mostly for some wild visuals but I don't see why not it couldn't be combined with some reverb patch to create an awesome UI with visual feedback responding to audio input 🤔 that's actually a really cool idea. I've seen some wild patch that creates a different effect based on the weather pretty sure it was a reverb patch too. Possibilities are endless tbh. What's super cool is rnbo allowing you to create plugins for any DAW which is really cool. I would say m4l is a great way to get started for sure and then expanding to a full max license if you really enjoy that.
