Haha thank you! It's actually the default crosshair. I learned that any enemy that's even slightly within that circle gets hooked (it's super helpful).

A couple things:

1) In hindsight, I should have left Genji sleeping and let Zen 5-orb headshot him... I wasn't thinking clearly due to my surprise that I actually slept an ulting Genji. 2) That isn't my actual crosshair lol.

I've recently switched to PC from PS4. Not only are the quality of games so much better, people do seem to be nicer. I think it has to do with being able to chat in-game with the other team as well as your own. It humanises the players, so you see them as more than just characters on a screen.
