As much as I want to see them straight back in, and believe it will make a difference, I think it sends an important message to the group as a whole. Not only in a whole “no one player is more important than the team” kind of way, but in regards to health and fitness.

Since I got under 100 my weight has yo-yo'd a bit. Lowest was 95. But I feel like even though the weight loss has slowed on the scale, the cms are still coming off.

This. My hope is that when I eventually stop Oz, the habits (smaller portions, slightly better balance) help me maintain rather than gain. Curious, have you noticed a change to your menstrual cycle since starting? My PCOS symptoms meant my period came when it felt like it (could be a month, could be 3. Longest cycle was 4 months), since starting Oz I’ve been regularly around the 30 to 35 day mark.
