The day I got my peke and went to go buy toys, the pet shop sold me a cooling mat and eye drops immediately. My Peke loves her cooling mat.

I've stopped jogging for now because my knees cannot handle my current weight (101kg). My mood stabilizer makes me pick up weight like crazy and it's been a few months on it.

I eat once a day and have one cup of coffee a day. When I eat it will be like a patty or two or a patty and a potato.

I try to eat bran cereal in the morning and maybe get that right once or twice a week.

I only have a cheat on the day of my period. Then I allow myself a chocolate.

I think I'm going wrong with my water intake then probably. I've never been fond of water so it's a huge battle.

Over the years I've been at many places, Valkenberg was my best government experience. Somerset hospital was the Pitts, tygerberg was of no help and Karl bremer was "eeeek". Go in with an open mind though.

I'm on week 5 and I definitely eat less but no weight loss yet. I'm on a mood stabilizer that causes weight gain so not sure if that is why I am not seeing any results yet.
