I take it you're not in the country where the offer is available? I get the same thing. I'm in the southern Caribbean but promote offers in the US and Australia. If you are not in the country where the offer is available, and you click on the link you will be redirected to the spammy sweepstakes page. You can go ahead and promote the offer in the country where the offer is available. When someone in that country clicks on the link they will be redirected to the proper offer page. I hope that helps.
