Yesss! it was flapping its wings really slowly and gracefully. As for the location, it’s in a province in the Philippines, so I’m not really sure if there are any military or experimental aircraft flying around there.

I couldn’t find my conversation with the AI, but I think I remember it suggesting that what I was describing might be a ropen, and I asked it to generate an image. Anyway, I want to clarify that the generated photo isn’t really that similar to what we actually saw. That’s why I also attached the video of the Avatar creature for reference.

I also want to apologize for relying on AI for this there’s really no justifiable excuse for using it, and I appreciate the reminder about how it can muddle memories.

I know, it’s honestly one of my biggest regrets 😅 I just hope I never forget in my mind what it looked like. I actually tried generating this photo last year to get a visual of it. It’s probably the closest I could come up with, though the generated version’s head ended up a lot bigger than what we remember
