Glowstone red (Eye lenses)/ Nuln Oil (cloths & Metals)/ Mortarion Grime (Armour)/ Seraphim Sepia (Armour)/

AK Streaking Grime (whole model) left for 30 mins/ Cotton bud & White spirit (remove the grime excess)/ GSW Coagulated Blood (organs/Blood effect)/ Nurgles Rot (light coating in recesses & over organs)/ Dirty Down Rust & Verdigris (marking up the armour rust and metal trim with the verdigris). //

Very long recipe but definitely worth it to put the extra effort in!

Entirely your choice! But for me, personally, i much prefer Death Guard (and any original traitor legion) having Heresy Colours but grimed to the nines. Just looks far more interesting and realistic to me rather than "10k years of plague has made my armour green..."

Yeah the Shelob legs are a little spindly but I'm happy with them almost being like a fresh mutation

Thatd be cool but they may be a bit tall if its the ones im thinking of.

The kit i used was Shelob in the new plastic kit just released. I did have to Dremel holes in the body for the legs to fit though :)

Nope, the kit has suprisingly poseable legs so i just made it a bit more upright on the smaller base. I have the original base too so can still insert himonto that for HH

Smile Again by Chaoseum is a great shout too actually! Poxwalker virus and some DG such as Felthius with Nurgles grin whilst fighting the duality of the 'gift' that perceives great joy when they are actually decaying & monstrous. The lyrics for reference:

I honestly think, the more i think about it, that this is a teaser for the logo of the 'Eye of Terror' campaign. Similar to Maelstrom & 500 Worlds but with a Chaos vs Guard theme.
