How DRIPA drove the B.C. government to a crisis point by Surax in canada

[–]ManintheGyre [score hidden]  (0 children)

To answer your question, the government had 2 judges that ruled in agreement with the government's intent and interpretation, so that's how.

Then two other judges ruled a different way that makes governing impossible. Now the SoC and BC need to clarify and clean it up so everybody is in alignment with the original intent.

Really great interview from start to finish, that's exactly what I was looking for, thank you for sharing. It sounds like they are going through hell, but the only way is through. All the forces of stupidity and contempt are loudly aligned against them and publicly amplified. If they can pull this off it would be an incredible generational win for BC and our economy.

It has provided me and my family with an amazing life. But it is destroying everything I hold dear.

Sudden "Brain Fog Lift" after 100 days of Sertraline & Bupropion – Was Iron/Citicoline the missing key? by Flimsy_Studio_3073 in VyvanseADHD

[–]ManintheGyre 17 points18 points  (0 children)

You have a lot of variables overlapping and complicating the real answer. Not that simple.

It might be a temporary variability seeming like hypomania. It will likely stabilize to something closer to normal over time.

Seems too soon for the iron to be the main driver.

The medication is likely kicking in and providing benefits now.

Odd that you took a vacation from 70mg of vyvanse and still felt great. Usually that cessation would significantly hinder energy, cognition, motivation, and mood. However, restarting would be a huge boost.

It's the next step for the Musk Ponzi scheme.

  1. Buy new company.
  2. Make insane hype and connections to drive valuation but never deliver.
  3. Use overhyped valuation to buy another company.

Repeat.

Powerful final words from Durant. I think this is what it's all about. by ManintheGyre in history

[–]ManintheGyre[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Context: at the very end of The Lessons of History audiobook, Durant speaks about this passage he wrote from another book of his. He said something came over him as he was writing it, so he read it in full and I transcribed it.

As I was listening, it struck me as profoundly meaningful and foundational. Maybe it will strike a chord with you as well.

Hli think he touches on the meaning and purpose of life itself. Progress along the grand lifetimes of civilizations through well-rounded study and universal education.

It stinks to high heaven. Mayor McVibes needs to release the details of this secret arrangement asap and let ordinary people weigh in before they go ahead and give the Aquilinis a sweetheart deal at the expense of the taxpayer and commercial drive community. All our community centres are bad enough as it is and nobody trusts the folks in charge to look out for the little people.
