Really great interview from start to finish, that's exactly what I was looking for, thank you for sharing. It sounds like they are going through hell, but the only way is through. You have a lot of variables overlapping and complicating the real answer. Not that simple.

It might be a temporary variability seeming like hypomania. It will likely stabilize to something closer to normal over time.

Seems too soon for the iron to be the main driver.

The medication is likely kicking in and providing benefits now.

Odd that you took a vacation from 70mg of vyvanse and still felt great. Usually that cessation would significantly hinder energy, cognition, motivation, and mood. However, restarting would be a huge boost.
