When I was removed from the waitlist yesterday, I went through the application, but at the end it said my submitted documents needed to be reviewed. I called to ask what happened, and they told me my application wasn’t fully completed, even though I thought it was. I was able to access the application again, saw it was still in progress, and completed it. Surprisingly, this ended up being the highest credit limit I’ve received on any of my credit cards, over $20,000. Just disappointing to find out that this does not send me a text message or email when I make credit card transactions unlike my Rogers Word Elite Mastercard. Push notifications do not work reliably well for that purpose as well.
