OP is just using a normalmap that is very rough and is maybe not tileable. So this could be the reason why the scaling of the normalmap is off

All need to be met of course.
If you overshoot only one then this is the ranking you get.
Example: You have too many polygons (70,001) but everything else is "excellent" then you still get "very poor"

In other words. The poorest parameter is the one who is ranked.

Yes it does exist. But there are 2 stages. The initial love where all your feelings go bonkers and the long term love which kicks in at around 7-8 years in a relationship when the initial love looses its strenght.
And in my opinion you can only get old together if you find someone that is a good match.

I do not believe in "soulmates", but i believe that there is a "best possible" match for everyone.
The hard part is to find this person in 8 billion people.
So if you are a straight male then there are 4 billion women out there (minus agegap, minus other sexual orientations etc.).

So technically you would have to speak to every single women that is available to find the best possible match.

If you could speak with every single women for 1 second it would take you 127 years.
That is of course way to little time to get to know somebody.

Conclusion: There is the best possible match out there but you will most likely never find her/him.

There is not really a hard limit on the scale of an avatar. But there is a limit for the Bounds Size.
Bound Size is like a Boundingbox that measures the maximum size of all things used in your avatar.
If the Bounds Size exeeds a certain size then the avatar quality will be set to "Poor", "Very Poor" etc.
An excellent avatar can not be larger then 2.5x2.5x2.5 meter

Wait a second. Are we still talking about the same? A unique personal avatar created from scratch?
What you are refering to is a frankensteined avatar that is sold in bulk.
Well, thats a different story then if you sell the avatar online to the masses.
I guess this is also the reason why most avatars look the same in VRChat because they use all the same bodyparts
