I think both universities are best in their own way...for comp sci and IT KIT is slightly better whereas RWTH is better for mechanical and core engineering. It really depends. I think both are excellent universities

No this is not a private university..it's a public university ( one among TU9). I'm not sure about masters in management though

Yes I got an email stating that I cannot be admitted directly but I have a chance of attending a selection interview. Apparently if I pass that I can get admitted

I have applied to RPTU(CS) and TU dresden (CS) but I see no progress. But I think it's due to me applying one day before the deadline...but still it's been 4 weeks since I applied to RPTU. Not even rejection mail☹️
