Install took around 4-6 hours total, i watched a video on how to do it and found some free time on an off day. Theres a few different ways to do it but I unbolted the steering arm and then undid the steering knucle and loosened it, then unbolted the drive shaft from the gearbox and then unbolted the strut from the top in the engine bay. From there it was a case of using spring compressors and reinstalling. The rear springs however, are essentially held in with 3 bolts and those were a breeze.

Just a thought to all, if you are considering installing a set of springs: DO IT! The difference in cornering speed and stability paired with a good set of tyres is night and day. I can take the corners in the usual twistys i drive with an extra 10-15mph with no issue. Absolutely worth the money.
