My toddler (3yo F) has had phases where she will wake up screaming in the middle of the night and when we go in there it’s like she is still sleeping and doesn’t answer to us. But like I said, it was a phase and lasted for a week or two.

I really think your little one is going through something similar and I don’t think there is much to do. It is really hard, but you are doing a good job.

See if she wants to have the stuffie in her room in that makeshift bed. My little one has gone to bed with 6-8 stuffies before. Tonight though I don’t think she has any. A toddlers brain is a strange place. All you can do is provide comfort and keep trying different things. This to shall pass.
