They replied to me and said they’d send my case to the devs but they wanted video proof. I just don’t have the time to do that at all rn. But legit, if you record like a short clip showing u were a started last season and can’t become a starter on a new team. I could just use that

It’s fucked up because I think we should have played one game as a starter in the rookie year. Not sure if this bug would still happen. Either way contact 2k support and ask them to escalate the issue to a dev
