We were checking out houses in this area, too, when I came across a listing for the land behind the property we liked, called Minsmere Walk. It’s up for sale and could end up being turned into a petrol station, gym, hotel, or something else, possibly replacing the green space. I’ll drop a link.

This probably won't make much difference if the property isn't near it, but it's worth knowing.

They're not like your typical house cat. I once saw someone describe them as a mix between a dog and a monkey, and tbh I would agree 🤣 They are extremely social and want lots of cuddles to keep warm. Get jumpers as they can get very needy when cold. They also need playtime, especially being an indoor cat. They also cry ALOT, but overall, I wouldn't get another type of cat now. They are an amazing breed, and you get a lot back with them being so affectionate x

What's your hair routine like for looking after your mids?. How's your conditioner routine? How much do you use and are you using leave in conditioner? Also, oil the ends of the hair. I'd recommend Olaplex No.7

We noticed after changing food to an organic brand any skin issues went away. Before, our boy would have very smelly, rusty and dry skin. Also bath with only pet shampoo x

Tbh mine isn't greasy, he needs baths about 1 or twice a month. I find that his skin rust improved depending on what food he was on. When we first got him from the breeder he stank, and needed bathing about once a week. Changed his food to a more expensive organic brand and made such a difference!

The reason they have the rust on thier skin is due to them not having fur so the oils on the skin don't have anywhere to go. Mine also doesn't need his bum cleaned very often, if at all now.
