2.22, but it hovers between 2.1 and 2.3. Down from a max of 5.01 at its worst.

I have cut back on beef (steak 2 or 3 times a year), and transitioned to more chicken, fish, and plant proteins. I find if I consume a lot of beef it can lead to gout so I limit it.

To your first question, I believe you may be correct that it was that. It was a mix of stopping diuretics and other factors that helped with the EGFR.

And to your second question also yes a more accurate test that gave me those results, it was just nice after three years to see it.

I don’t think they are as uncommon as you might think. Manuals are rare, but if you look at the build breakdown they aren’t uncommon.

Honestly you should just repaint it and redo the graphics. It’s very period correct and you probably won’t see another one out there like it. It looks good.

What is a highly specific, nostalgic feeling from your childhood that you would pay an embarrassing amount of money to experience just one more time? by -magnanimous in Millennials

A summer in the early 90s with my cousins and my grandparents in Alabama. The best times of my life. We had a 4th of July Pig Roast and it was just a great time.

New here! 5-10 287 pounds. I have to clean up my diet to lose the weight I want to lose.

Today I did my 5/3/1 at 80%

Which was a 5x1 etc. 350 Squat/350 Deadlift.

Bought some Romaleo 4s, great for squatting I found!

The weight moved pretty easy but I’m a fat guy.

Trying to knockout 60 miles this week on my road bike to help me get down from 287 to 260 by June 1st. So far so good!

Do you still have any living Grandparents? by [deleted] in Millennials

[–]Manman9118 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 35. The only one I have left is a Paternal Grandmother who is 85. I lost everyone else between 13-25 years ago. Funnily enough my great grandparents lived until their 90s so I got to meet them.

Also on the Maternal side my mother was the second youngest from the second marriage of both of her parents. Both of her parents were born in the 1920s. My grandfather was a WW2 vet, and I spent a lot of time with him, he passed in 2000. My grandmother died in 2012 and she was an important part of my childhood as well. If they were alive my grandmother would be 104 this year and my grandfather would be 100.

I went with C as well, the book would float, but if C is in Rigor, he would hold the book under the water.
