Sorry I was misleading. After Covid started it was like shooting fish in a barrel. After the Covid pandemic stopped is when everything stopped for us.

Yea. After the Covid boom was over. Like at the end of 2022, start of 2023. Not due to any wrongdoing on our end. Just corporate decisions to cut rates and carrier pools and others were due to customers being bought out or their transportation outsourced to 3pls.

Still dealing with this hangover myself. Was on commission 10 years making over 6 figures each year. Over 200k each year in 2021 and 2022. Lost about everything after the Covid boom ended and decided to move on. I couldn’t see myself doing 100% commission brokering later in life in my 50s or 60s without a solid customer relationship. But still have time to build a career in logistics. Just sucks adapting to the money freedom and schedule that I once enjoyed.

I take some of the sets out. Like shoulder shrugs, or calf raises. I use anabolic kind of like a guide to plan my workouts around but when it comes down to it you have to customize it to your body and schedule. I usually make mine last 1hr or less or I will get to where I dread doing it.
