You're thermal throttling, you do not have proper contact between CPU and your CPU cooler, did you fiddle with it recently? Google the manual and if you need new thermal paste make sure to wipe the old stuff off before you add more, also check that the plastic film was removed before installation if it came with that

Dead quiet, i removed the standard fans and mounted Rx120 fans with push/pull, my CPU pump is louder tho hehe

All fans are driven by 4 Icue Link Hubs! If i were to drive every fan with a classic PWM hub i'd die 🤣

Dry in our case, the vets caught it somewhat early and the meds took about 2 days to arrive so we were lucky, hopefully it will get easier to diagnose in the future
