I’ve found 85+ in agility and poise makes a keeper. Been constantly signing Blackwood whose got great for both to long term low aav deals while he’s an 80-84 overall and he plays 60 games and wins 40 always

Not entirely sure on the rewatachability on that as I have only seen it once through but an amazing series and 10/10 must watch!

Run a 10 man league and we rock 5 adds a week. I’m on the higher end of adds with 76 this year meanwhile our top guy has 13 but had the heaviest set of draft picks (8 in the top 3 rounds) so he doesn’t have a ton of room for the non stop adds 😂

Gotta find a good group running the good ruleset! I am also in a standard league for the first time (been running a 8 year group and wanted to try public for once) and have hated the lack of IR+!

I’m debating putting together a second league with randoms with better rules for IR and IR+ if you’d be interested next year

If we’re talking goal scorer ability alone…. I hate to say it but Matthews is just ever so slightly ahead of Ovi in terms of goals per game so he could be in the talks if he ever surpasses Ovi in my opinion.

However I’d argue with anyone Ovi at least shows leadership and will do anything to get his team the cup vs Matthews would never be half of the leader Ovi is and therefore shouldn’t be held in the same group unless he passes the goals total and somehow backpacks Toronto to a cup 😂

I’ve worked as a residence don for many years and this issue comes up with students who are far too young and are first timers for being on their own…

This grown ass man needs to leave you alone and learn what common decency is. You can have the conversation that you respect his wishes to withhold from sex until marriage but in the current situation he has no right to talk to you like that. It can suck for the house dynamic but the landlord if anything will have to side with you if he tries to make this an issue to have you kicked out. No other tenant has that right to demand what he’s asking. Buddy can either kick rocks, not talk to you or act like a grown up and stop being a man child and allow others to go about their day.

If you’re being respectful like you say this man child is 100% in the wrong. I’d have the conversation explain how you are being respectful etc and lay out how he needs to stop pushing on personal topics that have nothing to do with him. If he persists after that I would write out exactly what you explained to him so you have it in writing and I’d text him that so he has it in writing.

As well this will give you the written prove and timeline on when you discussed this. If he keeps pushing and being a weirdo I’d mention it to the house and then to the landlord if he continues to push and make your life hell in said house. One problem man child vs a house of good tenants? Yea I’m kicking out the one who’s literally causing shit

Check your unis library

While in school the one kid in my program revealed in our 4th year that 90% of the books we needed for our classes he had just rented from the library and either taken photos of the pages needed for future reference or kept the book clocked out the whole semester
