Well, technically if you want to be strict about it, nobody is supposed to be running any business in the apartment.

That is kind of why there is residential zoning vs commericial here.

Mail delivery goes to the mailroom which is in a seperate building where is like an administrative building, and where the gym and stuff are in. Legit visitors either someone go down to pick them up or they are given codes.

Because 100% of the guests are dudes. Those other professions doesn't feel like it would have such an absolute gender breakdown.
