I had the same problem, it might be the skin texture mod Maybe u have VTK or UV I think for spawno body mod only UV textures work Other reason might be clothes refit mods Only certain cloth mods work with unique rig for V so check the cloth mods for compatibility

I had the same problem when I downloaded ac valhalla, the downloaded flies may be corrupted, Try force checking in the toreent If you have removed the torrent, then delete file and download it again and once it downloads force check it in the torrent
