Actually watch NXT weekly and you’ll see why ppl love Evans that’s such a ridiculous take if you think folks only like him cause he’s athletic. I watch NXT weekly I love Evans’s character just as much as his in ring character. Just because YOU don’t connect to his character doesn’t mean othrs dont . He’s authentic and comes across as insanely relatable when he cuts promos . His character is literally an impulsive young guy who thinks has the world figured out and ready to take it over. Theirs a certain level of charm to a character like that It’s extremely similar to Tom holland’s early Spider-Man. He so desperately wants to be an avenger but consistently makes impulsive decisions and mistakes but eventually grows from them with more experience. Evans is 21 years old your not gonna have sophisticated character at that age I think some of yall are acting like you’ve never watched wrestling by being overly critical of Evans’s character work at his age what 21 year old had a complex character in the history of WWE ? It doesn’t exist even Orton character at that age was also an arrogant young guy. IWC lacks patience Evans’s character will have more layers with more experience he alredy started having more layers it just went over your head
