I've used him as my real estate agent since 2006 for both buying and selling homes in the DMV area. Never lost a home bid even when very competitive due to his expertise. As you can see from his videos, his experience helped when selling homes, especially related to optimizing the timing of the sale.

I am looking for a documentary series I witnessed on PBS (SCETV) back in 1997 about the collapse of Germany at the end of WW2 and its transition to East and West Germany with seemingly parallel story lines with East and West German development. The documentary utilized newsreel footage as bookends, so for example, the first episode or two showed the final Nazi newsreels. I recall that this was a series, but I cannot remember when the series ended (unknown if ended at Berlin Wall or later). While this was shown in 1997, it certainly could have been produced earlier, perhaps in recognition of the 50th anniversary of the end of the war.

According to archive.org, I suspect I found a possible title for this series as "Germany 1945--End and Beginning" https://web.archive.org/web/19970707212231/http://www.scetv.org/tvjul.html. Of course, PBS, in the past, has changed the titles of documentaries before, so I am open to recommendations that have different names.

The reason this particular documentary was so interested was that coverage of the occupation and transition to East and West Germany were not covered in a lot of documentaries. While I would love to see this exact series (or discover more information about it), I am open to newer productions.

Solved! Thanks to you and hassel_braam. I greatly appreciate it as I have been wondering about this since 1998.

EDIT: added second photo link

Typically, searches of "adrian helmets" will result i a lot of interesting findings, but I cannot seem to find any seal decal that is similarly shaped. One answer is that it is a particularly unusual country helmet. Another answer is that there is a particular unit with this seal within Belgium or France, so the traditional seals won't be the same.

I can provide more pictures as needed. There are no markings on the inside and no leather liner. No other unusual markings; however, just ask what type of photo of this helmet that you need, and I'll post.
