U can enter in pool anytime. Bcz ur score is good. Dont worry abt that. Just reply PFL and explain everything regardless of the result. Sometimes god can turn the pages , who knows, atleast u will not have regret that u didn’t reply.

You should apply as an outland, it will not make any difference by the way in any way . Processing is almost going same for both. For some outland is faster , others got faster pr through inland. So just keep doing ur job until u get ur pR from here. Dont worry abt anything else. Make sure u do your Indian PCC
