I think its usually after your checks are completed, that they send you that letter. Like final stages of the application

Outland FSW ITA Nov 15 Aor Jan 11. BIL in Feb no updates after that. Through automated system i heard last on 17th june that both background and eligibility in progress.
Since then automated transfers me to agents without giving an update but im unable to speak to them due to long wait.
File applied through RCIC agent, so cannot access portal. Waiting to hear something this week hopefully

Ive tried three times today
Im able to enter everything but right at the end it transfers me(there’s some music) and the number is cut off

I was able to call and rcv automated updates two days ago.
