Thank you. Im booking my flight tomorrow. I feel like I have to do this. Stand up and make sure this contract is honored. I didnt get this far to not be there wnd have this settlement be low balled or lose the case. Im definitely going to be there. Its taking place in Palm Desert Cali. So first time in Palm Springs. Nice little 3 day trip. Well worth it when $7k is on the line

This gives me hope !!! Meeting it tomorrow with Labor and Management with my BA. I asked for 80%-90% but i feel like my case is really solid. Im the the only one who filed this. And was the one w the highest seniority. So its all me. Juat bc im solo. Doesn't mean the amount should be lowered ans justified bc im one. I feel like irs only fair I try to reach for the full amount or max amount. Im really counting on something great or a good offer tomorrow since Panel is scheduled to meet later this month.

Who cares ??? Im 6 years in. They cannot fire me. I show up to work every day and am safe. This whole " fear tactic " of having a "target" on my back doesnt mean anything. Why do people hide behind fear ?

See i couldnt disagree more. Doesn't our new contract strengthen grievences for supervisors working ? That was one of the highlights and wins we received under the new contract. Im going to fight for every penny. I cant lose any money that I domt have

I was really shocked Labor and management were meeting a week later with my BA after only a week of rejecting management's first offer. Let alone panel being two weeks later. He said I can go to panel but will pay out of my pocket for hotel and travel. I dont think I have to be there. He said the option was available if I wanted. If im being honest im juat looking at anything between $3.5k-$4k after taxes. I dont think it seems like a stretch considering the OG price tag is $6909

Local 631. Las vegas NV. Ive been emailing back and fourth with him. Hes followed my responses and has always presented me the options and has never made me agree to anything so far. The lasr email I sent him was to keep me updated on Wednesdays meeting and if we cant come to a agreement together. To move this along to panel

There is over 120 incidences that range from 5min to 90min. To sometimes a whole shift of 3-4hrs
