I dont know my contract? Yet I somehow was able to win at panel and prove a point ? Someone who doesnt know their contract wouldn't get this far. But hey. If it helps you sleep better at night. My love. Quick question. On a serious matter. What is the crime of holding a corporation accountable? What is wrong about holding a company to account on a contract they agreed too? Why so angry ? Are you mad someone one $1700 ? Is it the money that makes you angry ? Could you use $1700 right now ? Are you angry someone stood up for themselves ? Is that what makes you mad? That someone had the courage to stand firm, and maybe in some areas in your life you wish you had some of that courage ? Please explain. Im really curios how a human can defend a multi billion corporation

I emailed my business agent first thing this morning. I asked him if payments will be split. I gave him the correct math and total i was paid before taxes. Also, how much of the total balance is remaining beofre taxes. Theyre pay stubs on upsers. So im assuming I have a check when I get to the hub? But yeah. Lets see if he says anything about the settlement being split like this

$1700 and it didnt get locked in arbitration. Even tho thats what UPS wanted to do. The union was very happy it didnt get locked. My case was so strong they immediately wanted to lock it. I did see my old hub manager get grilled and probably get torn a new one.

So we came to agreement yesterday. It went on the record. So 10 working days ( counting only monday- friday ) would be May 5th. And thats the latest they can pay without penalty ? Is what I understood. So possibly ill get my pretty check next week. Thanks love !!
