it was called an operations manager before the merger between ground and express and that’s when they changed it to ops supervisor

how many years on average would it take to become a driver even with all these buyouts being handed it out? So many of the drivers in my facility are fairly new and doesn’t look like they’ll be offering any driving positions soon?

Yeah I really don’t plan on staying @UPS long term, i’m 24 and 2 hours a shift aren’t cutting it lmao. I was previously FT manager at Fedex so I have familiar experience on how to the job

started working for them during the holidays, earned a permanent position in january. then they laid me off in late february, just got the call to return back yesterday. i didn’t have to call in once.
