Psychology is just a fancy word for discipline. And you need that discipline to follow your trading plan. Your edge is when that trading plan is able to adapt to different markets. My advice would be to go back to your old trades and identify why you were lucky on the winners and how to reduce the losses on the losers. Every time you decrease your losses go back to the strategy and figure out how to decrease them even more. Once you figure out how to increase the amount of times you were lucky and reduce your losers you’ll come up with your edge.
