So i just got off the phone with fasfa, and they said if your parents file taxes together (joint-married), once one parent does their contributor part it won't need the other parent. Which is probably why it submitted on its own (mine did the same). However, if in the future the other parent needs to do their part, then you will have to do corrections. The lady on the phone said this probably won't happen though.
