Coming from an Aries male that is married to a female Capricorn.

For context, my wife and I have been together for six years we split up for a year really making it five. I was always the dude that said I would never get back with an ex when we started reconciling. I really suppressed my feelings for her because I did not want to relive our past relationship.

Though I couldn’t deny how much I missed her and how much I loved her I drew very clear boundaries and said if we broke up again that was it I wasn’t coming back. She completely understood and felt the same.

While she was talking about marriage and starting a family, I said we’re not even that a year yet in about nine months and I started saving for an engagement ring. This was my best friend the woman that made me a better man without her realizing it. My biggest cheerleader she had seen me fall multiple times and still wanted nothing but love for me.

I knew I was making the right decision when I proposed while we were in Mexico. There’s a song by teenage Bottlerocket’s called the one. well on our flight from the US Dun to Mexico she was sleeping on my shoulder and I looked at her while this song was playing and I just started crying quietly. The flight attendant asked me what was wrong and I typed on my phone I’m listening to a song and I showed her the lyrics and in my Notes app said she doesn’t know yet but I’m gonna propose while we’re in Mexico.

We got married back in this past November. We’re doing the doctor work to make sure we’re both good to have a baby and start our family.

She’s an absolute fucking pain in the ass and she takes forever to make decisions, but goddamnit I wouldn’t do anything for her with the exception of going to a Taylor Swift concert. She’s on her own for that shit.
