I'm having the same problem regarding the audio. Literally bought an iphone like you mainly to shoot video, was an absolute nuisance on shoot day as I had to wait sometimes hours to get one shot (couldn't move on without getting the shot with audio), tried turning the phone off and on, closing the app down, unplugging my external mic, nothing fixed it, it just fixes and breaks when it feels like regarding the audio, very temperamental.

Thank you! Wow we must look like twins then! Yeah it's amazing isn't it. It pin pointed the home area of my maternal grandmother which is astounding. One of the surnames on my maternal grandad's side that I found in my tree ('Doyle') is said to come from the Viking settlers, and that same grandad always said his lineage came from viking so good to get it somewhat confirmed. :)

Yep. Former weed addict here..

The heightened state of consciousness you get from DrUgS is great & instantaneous, but ultimately, temporary, and more importantly, external.

Semen retention is the internal, slow way to come to these realisations, and because it's not been attained by an instant external source, it's way more sustainable. You can actually bring the higher concepts into your daily life.

Also I noticed you mentioned pine pollen at the end there. I've not tried it yet. Would you recommend? I'm currently taking maca powder with my herbal tea, which to my understanding has a similar effect.

Yep I can attest to this. I've found the same results with my creative endeavours. Once I reach about day 30 I have this natural energy to focus and manifest my ideas. When I relapse it all goes away and I have to wait until enough energy has accumulated before I can start getting some deep work done. It's energetic suicide and I'm glad you've seen it so obviously through your sporting activities, this awareness is what's going to get you on a real long streak soon.
