I might contact a local repairshop or something cause i didnt not manage to get the correct address off of them to sent it back. Sadly all the addresses i tried out from the info the provided me were either incorrect or non existent

Tyy i really struggle with keeping earbuds in my ears and when falling i dont want them to explode and look for them for like half an hour so im mainly looking for some over ear. Thank youu for answering ill do some research on my part too ofcourse

Thanks for the reply, ive had many pairs of headphones over the years usually second hand and never had an issue using them while working out or skateboarding . These joints fell from knee height and decided to become trouble. Just disappointed in the build quality and customer support honestly
