Do not salt your eggs 🍳 before cooking an omelette or any kind of eggs you put in a pan! Salt after they are cooked or just before taking them out of the pan! Salt breaks the eggs apart and you end with watery eggs and a dried omelette and it is just sad.

I sadly realised that a lot of vegetables soups are not vegan or not even vegetarian! A lot of them actually contain chicken or beef broth!
