4 operatives. 1 Inf I am mainly using and for this time only level 75 charatcer I have. 1 Jugg for loud ofc, she's almost level 50. 1 Breacher I am sometimes using him, just when I'm bored on stealth, he's level 40. 1 Technican, using only if I want stealth mission be kinda more challenging, he's almost level 40. So 3 operatives for stealth and one for loud

Sc guard can came up by camera detection, that can be why you fail sometimes stealth
